Mr. Morgan is a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Washington DC Metro Practice. He has over 30 years of experience in public accounting serving a wide range of private and public sector clients as an auditor and advisor. Mr. Morgan currently provides services to a range of federal government agencies. He has led the audits of a number of federal civilian and defense agencies, and consulted with management of federal agencies on internal control, accountability and reporting.
Over Mr. Morgan’s career, he has served clients in the financial services, real estate, tele-communications and technology industries, both private and publicly owned. He has led audits of SEC registrants, privately owned companies and not-for-profit organizations. He has advised a range of client managements, Boards and Audit Committees on matters of risk management and governance, and consulted with clients on measurement and reporting processes for internal accountability and public disclosure. He has particular experience leading large projects involving a range of geographic and functional resources, and with assessment of controls and business processes for large complex organizations. He has led controls attestation engagements for public companies and Federal government agencies.
Mr. Morgan is Chair-Elect of the Board of Trustees of the American Kidney Fund (AKF). He currently serves as Chair of the Board Nominating Committee and the Audit Committee, and serves on the Executive and Development Committees.
Mr. Morgan is a graduate of the University of Virginia and is a licensed CPA in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
