Timothy G. Morgan

Chair 

Tim Morgan is a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Washington, D.C. metro practice. He has over 30 years of experience in public accounting serving a wide range of private- and public-sector clients as an auditor and advisor. Mr. Morgan currently provides services to a range of federal government agencies. Over his career, Mr. Morgan has served clients in the financial services, real estate, telecommunications and technology sectors, both private and publicly owned. 

Mr. Morgan has led audits of SEC registrants, privately owned companies and not-for-profit organizations. He has advised a range of client managements, boards and audit committees on matters of risk management and governance, and consulted with clients on measurement and reporting processes for internal accountability and public disclosure. 

Mr. Morgan currently serves as Chair of the American Kidney Fund (AKF) Board of Trustees and as the Chair of the Executive Committee. Mr. Morgan joined the Board of Trustees in 2007 and previously served as Chair of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Morgan is a graduate of the University of Virginia and is a licensed CPA in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
