Aimee DiBartolomeo-Cody

Aimee DiBartolomeo-Cody is President and Owner and licensed broker of Premier Benefit Plans, founded by her father Thomas in 1995. For more than 16 years she has immersed herself in all facets of the employee benefits industry including sales, marketing, and plan design. Aimee’s knowledge, hard work, excellent carrier relationships, and dedication have made Premier one of the largest and most successful employee benefits companies in the New York Metropolitan area.

Ms. Cody earned her M.A. in International Business from George Washington University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Gettysburg College. Prior to joining Premier, she held management positions in both sales and risk assessment with Mid Atlantic Medical Services in Rockville, MD.

Aimee is a Board Member of the American Red Cross, as well as a volunteer for the American Red Cross in Long Island. She assists in supporting the Disaster Relief Operations in the Greater New York Region, contributes to many charities and participates with the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and the Locust Valley Rotary Club.

Aimee is also a member of Biltmore’s Who’s Who and she is a featured member of the National Association for Professional Women which allows her to foster and facilitate new relationships both socially and professionally. She also works with the Helping Hand Community Organization, National Children’s Vision Coalition, Girl Scouts of Nassau County and Little Shelter in Huntington.

Aimee continues to provide for the needs of her clients and assists them in learning about the new health care reform laws. She provides informative seminars with current information and is always available to answer questions.

In her spare time Aimee enjoys traveling, tennis, reading, golf, and most importantly, spending time with her family and children.

A partner in the Real Estate Practice Group at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, Jason Kurland represents a number of clients in the sales, acquisitions, joint ventures and redevelopment of all types of commercial real estate including office buildings, hotels, apartment buildings, industrial facilities and shopping centers.

Mr. Kurland also represents some of the Nation’s largest lottery jackpot winners, including the Putnam Avenue Family Trust, the high-profile winner of the $254.2 million dollar Connecticut Powerball, the Rainbow Sherbet Trust winner of the $336.4 million dollar Rhode Island Powerball, and recently the anonymous $121 million dollar Powerball winner in Delaware.

The national media often calls upon Mr. Kurland for his commentary, especially when the jackpot stakes are high. He has appeared on various networks including FOX, CNN, CBS, NBC, and ABC and has been interviewed on the radio and quoted in various books, magazine and newspapers as well. Mr. Kurland authored a chapter for the 2013 edition of Inside the Minds: Best Practices for Structuring Trusts and Estates. And he is quoted in a chapter of the recent book, The Sudden Wealth Solution, authored by Robert Pagliarini.

Named one of 40 rising stars under the age of 40 by Long Island Business News, Jason’s practice also includes representing landlords and tenants in the leasing and subleasing of office, industrial, catering and retail space. He also lectures on the topic of commercial loan workouts. In 2012, Mr. Kurland was named to the New York Metro Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list, and in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, he was named to the New York Metro Super Lawyers list.

Mr. Kurland is on the Board of Directors of the Interfaith Nutrition Network where he was honored at their annual golf outing in 2013. The INN addresses the issues of hunger and homelessness on Long Island by providing food, shelter, long-term housing, and supportive services in a dignified and respectful manner for those who seek help. In addition, he provides pro bono legal counsel to the INN.

He serves as an Associate Board Member of the Association for a Better Long Island and the Long Island Real Estate Group.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business/Government from Skidmore College in 1996 and a Juris Doctor from The Hofstra University School of Law in 2000. He is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.
