The American Kidney Fund's Disaster Relief Program
The American Kidney Fund has received many requests to provide emergency grants to dialysis patients who have been affected by disasters. Grants from the American Kidney Fund help these patients replace medications, food and household items and pay for other important lost items.
The American Kidney Fund is urgently seeking contributions to fund its Disaster Relief Program so that we may continue to assist these patients.
