Genzyme Patient Assistance Programs

Through a partnership with Genzyme Corporation, Renvela ® and all formulations of Hectorol®  are available to financially qualified dialysis patients who have no prescription drug coverage. Eligible patients may receive up to a four-month supply and if necessary, may reapply at the end of their grant period.
 
The American Kidney Fund administers Genzyme’s Renal Patient Assistance Programs.  Assistance is made possible by a generous product donation from Genzyme.

One application allows you to apply for Renvela ® or Hectorol®  Product. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, throughout the year.

Genzyme Disaster Relief Program

For dialysis patients who are in need due to disaster-related evacuation, loss or relocation, the American Kidney Fund through a generous donation from Genzyme Corporation, will provide two-weeks worth of Renagel 800 mg tablets and/or 2 weeks worth of oral 0.5 mcg  or 2.5 mcg of Hectorol.
