By signing up for Slam! Kidney Disease, not only will you enjoy a weekend of basketball, you will become an important part of our mission.  The funds you raise will help support kidney patients in need and increase awareness about kidney disease to those most at risk.

Whether you choose to play in the Hoop It Up 3-on-3 tournament or you’d rather support someone who is playing, you are an essential part of our team!

All participants who set up a fundraising page and raise $125 or more can register their team for free in the Hoop It Up 3-on-3 basketball tournament.

Even if you are not playing in the tournament, you can set up a fundraising page and receive fun prizes!
