AKF emergency grant
Any Louisiana dialysis or post-transplant patient affected by Hurricane Ida who needs an AKF emergency grant should contact a social worker at their dialysis center, their transplant social worker or apply themselves through AKF's Grants Management System. All grants must be submitted through AKF's Grants Management System. If a patient has questions about how to use our system, they can make an appointment to speak to an AKF staff person at gmsassist.com.
