Frazier Bolton of Hampton, Georgia transitioned on March 25, 2022. He was an avid sports fan and athlete and attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Masters' Degree in Public Administration. He was a career public servant devoting his life to serving as a Law Enforcement Executive for over 50 years. He served as Director of Public Safety at Jackson State University, Jackson, Mississippi, Chief and Director of Public Safety for the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia and held numerous Chief of Police positions. He mentored youth and established youth programs in Georgia and throughout Mississippi. He was a loving son, brother, husband and father and will be truly missed.
