William J. Schuyler

William Schuyler was formerly the vice president of government relations for GlaxoSmithKline. Schuyler was responsible for overseeing the company's government relations activities before both the state and federal governments. He also oversaw GSK's work with patient and professional organizations.

Previously, Schuyler worked as a legislative fellow in the office of U.S. Sen. Dave Durenberger and as a senior evaluator for the U.S. General Accounting Office. In these roles, he focused on health care reform and proposals to increase access to health care that were debated in Congress.

Schuyler currently serves on health care and civic boards and is working with local organizations to address homelessness.

He holds a Master of Arts in public policy studies from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Washington.
