Dialysis at Home brings the entire kidney health community together for a one-day virtual patient summit focused on education on home dialysis. Hear from patients, caregivers and health professionals on home dialysis options, quality of life benefits of home dialysis and practical ways to achieve one's home dialysis treatment goals.
Dialysis at Home is an initiative developed in partnership with Home Dialyzors United (HDU). HDU's mission is: "To inspire, inform, and advocate for an extraordinary quality of life for the home dialyzor community."
