The American Kidney Fund and Home Dialyzors United have partnered to present the second annual Dialysis at Home: a Kidney Community Event. This free, virtual gathering brings together the late-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD), end-stage kidney disease (ESKD), and dialysis communities for a one-day series of sessions all about home dialysis. Hear from patients, advocates, care partners, and health professionals as they discuss options for home dialysis, benefits to improve quality of life, and practical ways to reach your goals while on dialysis.
