Maria Clarissa Tio, MD

Maria Clarissa Tio, MD is a clinical and research fellow in the Renal Division of the Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital's Joint Nephrology Program. After graduating from the University of Philippines in Manila and the Duke-National University of Singapore Graduate Medical School, she completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2018. Most recently, she was awarded funding for research through the American Kidney Fund Clinical Scientist in Nephrology Program. She is also pursuing a Master of Public Health degree from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
